Call it a wash...

As of lunch time on Monday, we have received right at 2" of rain. This has caused the course to be EXTREMELY wet. There is more standing water in fairways than I can remember in the last 3 years. We even had some ponds overflow. The pond on 3 & 4 overflowed and flooded the area behind 7 green and the pond on 8 left a raging river going over the spillway.

    Thanks for the hard work by you and your guys. What are the plans to fix the drainpipe on 6 and the overflow of the dam on 8?

      First off, we love what we do and it is our honor to do it here at GN. The plans for the lake on 6 is to repair the overflow pipe that has rusted away. We are still working on our best fix for 8 pond. That is a bigger problem because the pipe is clogged and it is also possibly rusted. We have two possible fixes for this one. We are waiting on supplies and drier weather to fix both of these. We hope to have them both fixed as soon as possible.
