Hopefully the rain will hold off for the weekend and you all can take advantage of the nice temperatures. Hope to see you out on the course.
Here is the container on #17 white tee
This blog is a great tool for us in the maintenance department to keep members and staff informed about all that is happening on the golf course. I hope to see you out there. Keep it in the short grass. Follow us on twitter @HealyPointTurf
Those look like a great addition. Do you have any plans to fix any of the par three tees? The back two tee boxes on #3 are in bad shape. If you would cut some of the trees on the left side of the tee you could use more of the tee box. Just a thought. The course looks great and the greens are in wonderful shape. Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment. We are going to aerify our tees more heavily this year and topdress them more often. We are also going to heavily fertilize the par 3 tees to keep them growing and healing faster. The trees on the left side have started to become a nuisance to #3. We are looking into getting some equipment to cut some limbs to help utilize the left side of these tees.
